| Annette was knowledgeable, approachable and engaging. She kept the course moving at a pace to keep to time and cover all content, whist allowing ample space for discussion. I liked how Annette was also very aware of consistently checking in with how we were coping with the serious nature of the training and made us feel very supported. |
